35 hours per week / 39 working weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and hard-working Administration Assistant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of working in a school or Trust environment is desirable; however, we are primarily looking for the right person who will fit in well with our team and share our values.

The post will support the Headteacher and wider school with a range of administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the setting.

Our ideal candidate will be flexible, have experience and knowledge of an education environment, be able to work independently whilst providing a service to the wider school community, have a high level of attention to detail, be approachable and proactive.

Welcome to St Lawrence School in Horncastle.

At St Lawrence we meet our students at their point of need creating a flexible and personalised curriculum based around 3 distinct pathways ensuring regular opportunities for social interaction opportunities with their peer group.
