School Administrator and Communications Officer job summary

We are seeking an organised, creative and proactive School Administrator & Communications Officer to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the school. This varied positions combines communications, event coordination and administrative support, ensuring effective communication with parents, students, staff and the wider school community.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, highly organised and adaptable professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise competing deadlines and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Confident in producing high-quality written and digital communications, you will be proficient in using Microsoft Office and a range of online platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. You will be proactive, resourceful and able to work both independently and collaboratively, building positive relationships with staff, students, parents, trustees and external partners. Above all, you will be committed to supporting the school's values, take pride in delivering an outstanding service, and thrive in a busy environment where initiative, professionalism and discretion are essential.
