School Administrator job summary

School Administrator

Permanent | 37 hours per week | Term Time + 1 Week (39 weeks)
Salary: Grade F6-F8
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an organised and proactive School Administrator to join our busy school office. You will provide high-quality administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of the school.

Hours

  • Mon-Thurs: 8:00am-4:00pm

  • Friday: 8:00am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the school

  • Support student, finance, or operations administration

  • Manage enquiries and liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies

  • Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR

  • Assist with reception, student welfare, trips, and events

About You

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Maintains confidentiality and attention to detail

Essential: GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4+), admin experience
Desirable: School office experience, MIS systems (e.g. Arbor), First Aid
