School Administrator job summary
School Administrator
Permanent | 37 hours per week | Term Time + 1 Week (39 weeks)
Salary: Grade F6-F8
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an organised and proactive School Administrator to join our busy school office. You will provide high-quality administrative support and help ensure the smooth running of the school.
Hours
Mon-Thurs: 8:00am-4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the school
Support student, finance, or operations administration
Manage enquiries and liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies
Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR
Assist with reception, student welfare, trips, and events
About You
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Maintains confidentiality and attention to detail
Essential: GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4+), admin experience
Desirable: School office experience, MIS systems (e.g. Arbor), First Aid
