What skills and experience we're looking for
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is highly organised, accurate, and able to prioritise effectively
Can work independently and as part of a team Is confident using IT systems and willing to learn new software Wants to help others
Most importantly, has a friendly, welcoming manner and a commitment to supporting our school community
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a school and understand school systems, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
