We are looking for a friendly, organised and efficient School Administrator to join our busy school office team. This is a key role at the heart of the school. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff, you will help create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

About the role

You will play an important part in supporting the school's administrative, organisational and communication systems. You will work closely with staff, pupils, families and external agencies, ensuring high standards of customer service and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a welcoming first point of contact for parents, visitors and telephone/email enquiries

  • Supporting school office systems, pupil records and general administration

  • Assisting with admissions, attendance monitoring and pupil data

  • Managing school communications, appointments and correspondence

  • Supporting school events and day-to-day organisation

  • Ordering supplies, maintaining records and ensuring the office runs efficiently

  • Supporting pupil welfare, including first aid (training will be provided if needed)

  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures and visitor protocols are followed
