School Administrator job summary
We are seeking to recruit a personable, reliable, enthusiastic and efficient Administrator to be responsible for our busy school reception office.
You will be required to work 37 hours per week, term time only, including inset days with one extra week (4 days to be to be worked in the Summer holidays 1 day to be worked as required). Your main place of work will be at North Star 180°, but you may be required to work at other locations within the Trust.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the smooth running of our school, with responsibility for ensuring that pupils, staff, parents / carers, visitors and all persons who come into contact with the school are dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. You will be expected to provide a high standard of customer service and a well organised and welcoming office environment. Ideally you will have some school experience in a similar role or are able to demonstrate the capability to learn quickly and apply existing skills to this unique role. The post holder is expected to display calmness and professionalism at all times.
