SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR (Non-Supervisory)
(GRADE 3 - SALARY RANGE 04-06: £25185 - £25989)
(Actual Salary: £21106 - £21780)
37 hours per week/Term-time: Salary dependent upon experience
A position has become available for a School Administrator to start January 2026, 37 hours per week, term time only. The successful candidate will join a committed and enthusiastic team of staff, and play an important role in a caring school and community.
Main Duties will include:
Front Line Ambassador for the School
Preferred MIS system experience as directed by School Business Manager
Financial Administration Support as directed by School Business Manager
Provision of dedicated administration support for Senior Staff
Support Colleagues in Main School Office as directed by School Business Manager
Administration of routine tasks associated with an Infant School
The Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
Good social skills and an ability to communicate effectively
Professionalism when dealing with Parents, Contactors and Members of the Public
Initiative and the ability to work as part of a team
Patience and sensitivity in dealing with children, and an ability to respond to their needs
Punctuality and reliability
