We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join St Patrick's Catholic Primary School, Stafford, part of the St Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, as our School Administrator, starting in Autumn 2026.
We are looking for a School Administrator who is:
- Highly Organised and Efficient - Able to prioritise a varied workload, manage competing demands and maintain excellent attention to detail.
- Professional and Welcoming - Provides a warm, friendly and positive first impression to pupils, parents, visitors and staff.
- An Excellent Communicator - Confident communicating both verbally and in writing, with a courteous and professional manner.
- A Skilled Multi-Tasker - Thrives in a busy school office environment, remaining calm under pressure and responding flexibly to changing priorities.
- IT Competent - Confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems (experience of Arbor is desirable, but not essential).
- Confidential and Trustworthy - Understands the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- A Team Player - Works collaboratively with colleagues while also being able to use their own initiative.
- Committed to Our Catholic Ethos - Supports and promotes the values and mission of our school community.
We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic and committed administrator to play a key role in managing the smooth day-to-day running of our busy school office.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies, providing a professional, efficient and welcoming service. They will work with the Clerical Assistant to support the leadership team, staff and pupils through a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring the effective operation of the school's administrative systems and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding organisational skills and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
