School Administrator
Start date 3.11.2025 (or before) - Part time, Permanent
7.5 hours per week, Wednesday 8-4, 39 weeks per annum (term time plus inset)
Grade 5 pts £28142 - £29540 pro rata
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Office Administrator to assist in the running of our busy school office for 7.5 hours a week, to cover Wednesdays. The successful candidate will have: excellent interpersonal skills, possess a calm, courteous and professional manner especially when under pressure, maintain confidentiality at all times when dealing with parents and staff, be familiar with administration work in a busy office or school environment. They should also have good numeracy and literacy skills, be used to working with children and members of the public, and the ability to prioritise a wide ranging workload whilst adapting to the varying demands of pupils, parents and staff. Previous experience of working with SIMS and/or in a school would be an advantage.
We are also recruiting for a governance professional, and these roles could be combined for the right applicant.
