We are seeking a highly motivated, conscientious, and efficient School Bursar to join our dedicated and professional team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher, providing strategic support in managing all aspects of finance, facilities, personnel, and lettings to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the school.

  • Experience leading and motivating administrative and support teams.
  • A meticulous approach to compliance, reporting, and policy implementation.
  • Capacity to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
  • A commitment to supporting the educational and ethical objectives of the school.
  • The ability to foster positive relationships within the school community while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
