We are seeking to recruit, for as soon as possible, a motivated and skilled individual to join our school. This is a key role in this thriving and oversubscribed 11-18 Secondary School. There will also be the opportunity to work across the EPA Trust in a strategic capacity supporting the Chief Financial Officer with their work across all schools in the Trust.
Bartholomew School is based on a positive and caring community ethos with a reputation for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. The school became an academy on 1st March 2012 and part of the Eynsham Partnership Academy in July 2014.
Bartholomew School is a highly successful, oversubscribed school situated in the heart of rural West Oxfordshire. Rated outstanding by Ofsted in May 2024, the school has continued to grow and flourish. It is a dynamic, vibrant community of around 1400 students, including a large Sixth Form.
The successful candidate will:
have experience working in an educational environment with a strong knowledge of financial management in this setting.
experience of Human Resources in an educational setting.
have the vision and experience to utilise resources to ensure both community usage and provide opportunities from income generation for our children and staff.
experience of working effectively with staff, parents, governors and trustees.
be friendly and approachable with a welcoming and professional manner.
be able to show discretion and respect confidentiality at all times.
be positive in their approach at all times as we continue to grow our services.
