About this Role

We are looking for a highly efficient and experienced administrator to work in our Data Team.

The job role’s main duties include:

Organising cover for teacher absence

  • Monitor the staff absence voicemail and record absences accordingly
  • Ensure all new cover and agency staff are fully briefed on school procedures

Providing a professional efficient administrative provision and ensuring the maintenance of accurate and reliable student records to support effective teaching and learning at the school.

Supporting the effective administration of the school's Management Information System (Arbor), to ensure data is accurate and complete at all times.

Working flexibly as a part of the wider school administrative support staff team.

You will be based at Didcot Girls’ School, in a small team. You will be supported into the role with a well thought out induction plan and there are opportunities to develop your skill and knowledge.

The hours of work are: 7am – 1pm, Monday – Friday.
