School Business Leader job summary
We are delighted to be recruiting a School Business Leader having reviewed and expanded the role to support our continuing growth. You’ll work closely and collaboratively with the new Principal and as part of the senior leadership team to help develop and drive our ambitious improvement strategies.
There is lots of scope to develop the post aligned with your strengths as there are a broad range of duties covering accountability for premises, people and finances. You will already have successful business management experience in an education setting, as the focus will be on your leadership of budget setting, reporting, people management and governance.
You’ll be confident presenting financial information to a range of staff, comfortable working with complexity, and able to analyse data to assist the school to develop and to inform its decision making. Working in partnership with the Central Finance team, you’ll be an agile communicator and prepared to challenge when required to ensure the best outcomes for our pupils.
