What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate would, under the guidance of the headteacher, lead the effective running of the school office with the support of two part-time administrative assistants. They would support the headteacher, SLT and governors by taking responsibility for:

  • the effective management of financial administration procedures including compliance with financial regulations;
  • planning, monitoring and evaluation of budget;
  • the management of expenditure from the school budget;
  • the management of health and safety within the school.

The Governors of our nurturing, innovative and aspirational two form entry school seek to appoint an ambitious and experienced Year 5 teacher to join our current team. The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner with experience of teaching in Year 5.

In return, they will be supported by an effective senior leadership team, get to work with forward thinking, dedicated and hard-working staff, appreciative, enthusiastic children and a supportive body of parents and governors.
