What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic School Business Manager to lead our Admin and Premises Team from 1 June 2026. Arnhem Wharf is an inclusive, ambitious and successful school situated near Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be someone who has:
- Significant finance experience, ideally working in an educational context but not essential;
- Experience of HR management;
- Experience of leading a team strategically and in the day-to-day running of the school;
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work with a high level of accuracy;
- A commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for all children;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good organisational skills alongside an understanding of the need for flexibility in schools.
