About this Role

The successful candidate will have been budget holding in their current or previous role and have excellent experience in developing new processes, systems and policies whilst effectively managing a large multi-disciplinary team.

Health and Safety qualifications will also be ideal - or at least a willingness to undertake advanced level training if required.

You should be customer-focussed (internally and externally) with excellent communications and relationship-building skills, extremely detail-conscious whilst being curious enough to find out how things work currently in order to develop improvements for the future.
