We need someone to:
Take charge of budgeting, financial planning, and reporting — ensuring every pound is spent wisely to support our school’s vision
Lead and develop our hardworking teams, from finance to site services, fostering a positive and productive working environment
Ensure our school is safe, welcoming, and fully compliant with all health & safety and regulatory standards
Drive innovation and efficiency across all business functions to support staff and student success
What you will need
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams
Strong financial expertise with hands-on experience managing budgets and forecasts
Organisational brilliance with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset
Experience in a school business management or similar fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
