Working pattern

Part time: 24 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year) part-time 4 days per week, 9 am to 4 pm with one-hour lunch break. Start and finish times can be negotiated.

Contract type

Fixed term - One-year contract (with 6-month probation period) with a view to becoming permanent

Full-time equivalent salary

£46,512 pro rata

What skills and experience we're looking for

Key Responsibilities:

The School Business Manager has a key strategic position, duties include;

  • Financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Procurement and contract management
  • Human resources and payroll management
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Facilities and premises management
  • Line management of the school budget, premises (Site Manager), IT and administration team.
