What skills and experience we're looking for
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To work with the Head of School and SLT to ensure that the school meets its
educational aims and achieves improved standards of learning and attainment.
- To give strategic vision and leadership to all aspects of budget, finance, premises,
risk management, health and safety, human resources and support services.
- To lead, operate, maintain and develop the financial procedures and systems of the
school ensuring that legal and safety requirements with regard to people and
property and function of the school are maintained
- To manage the school expenditure, revenue accounts and capital budgets in
accordance with the Academies Handbook and the terms of the Scheme of
Financial Delegation of the Trust Board.
- To promote and safeguard the welfare of students
- To actively uphold and promote the values, culture and ethos of Woodbridge Trust
