St Ignatius College is a Catholic voluntary aided secondary school providing Jesuit education for boys aged 11-16 and a mixed sixth form. Are you an experienced and visionary School Business Manager ready to play a pivotal role in a thriving Catholic Jesuit secondary school and sixth form? We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team and help us shape the future of our school through strategic financial and operational leadership.

We Are Looking For:
a professional qualification in school business management (CSBM, DSBM, or equivalent or working towards)
knowledge of health & safety, premises management, risk, procurement, finance, recruitment, GDPR and IT infrastructure (including cyber security)
strong organisational skills and attention to detail
interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff, governors, parents, and external partners
a commitment to the values of competence, conscience, and compassionate commitment, aligned with our Jesuit ethos
The successful candidate will also be:
well presented, articulate and an effective communicator
self‑motivated, dedicated and consistent
able to solve problems efficiently and make effective decisions
able to work well as part of a team and uses their initiative
