What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent, interpersonal and communication skills and a calm, positive demeanour
  • Is highly motivated, professional, diligent, well organised, methodical and has integrity
  • Has strong IT skills
  • Is friendly, approachable and honest
  • Is able to effectively line manage the administrative team
  • Has proven outstanding finance and business management experience and / or a qualification in School Business Management i.e. DSBM, CSBM, ADSBM, MSc Business Management
