School Business Officer job summary
We're looking for a reliable and organised School Business Officer to join our team at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School. This is an excellent opportunity to support the daily operations of our school and be part of a supportive community. Sacred Heart Primary School is part of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Multi Academy Trust. The school and Trust are committed to the Catholic ethos and supporting professional development. A thorough induction and ongoing guidance and training will be provided by a helpful and approachable central team within the Trust. This role will be for 15 hours per week.
Some of the duties and responsibilities will be:
- Processing order
- Invoicing
- Budget administration
- Reconciliations
- Updating the staff Single Central Register
- Recruitment and HR administration
- Working closely with Central Trust team
