What skills and experience we're looking for
• Be a practising Catholic, as defined by “Catholic Schools and the Definition of a ‘Practising Catholic’” Archdiocese of Birmingham guidance, and a confident witness to the faith and formation of others
• Have a sound understanding of the Catholic faith and how to share it with others
• Enjoy working with young people and adults
• Know how to organise and plan liturgy and events such as the celebration of Mass, student led activities and retreats
