Are you passionate about fostering a lifelong love for reading and learning?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised School Librarian to manage and develop our inclusive, welcoming school library service. Reporting directly to our Senior Leader for Whole School Literacy & Reading, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our curriculum, promoting reading for pleasure, and developing students’ information and digital literacy skills.

This is a dynamic role where you won't just manage books, you will collaborate directly with faculties, could deliver targeted literacy intervention programmes, and create a purposeful, safe, and inspiring learning environment.

Redland Green School is part of the Excalibur Academies Trust and is a high performing comprehensive school serving the local area of Redland in north Bristol. We are an 11-19 school with around 460 students in our Post-16 learning community, which we run with Cotham School.
