10 hours per week. Permanent. Term-time only - Thursday 12:30 - 3:45pm and Friday 8:30 - 3:45pm (1 hour lunch on a Friday)

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who takes pride in their work and plays a vital role in supporting the daily life of the school. You will join a supportive, welcoming, and values-driven community.
We are looking for someone who:
- Provides a calm, friendly, and professional front‑of‑house presence, welcoming visitors, answering calls, and supporting parents with enquiries.
- Keeps accurate records and supports the smooth day-to-day running of the school through strong organisation, ICT skills, and attention to detail.
- Manages pupil information and attendance efficiently, with the ability to prioritise and stay composed in a busy environment.
- To manage the School website.
- Supports a wide range of administrative tasks, including communications, bookings, and general office duties, with a proactive, “can-do” approach.
- Works closely with staff to meet pupils’ day-to-day needs, demonstrating teamwork, efficiency, and empathy.
