School Office Administrator

Start date: 4th November 2024

Hours / Working weeks: Full time (37.5 hours per week, 8.00am - 4.00pm) / 39 working weeks (term time plus 1 week)

Pay Grade / Salary: Scale Point 9-12 plus Local Government Pension Scheme

The role may include: - school administration e.g. assisting the Principal, School Business Manager, staff and pupils as required, maintaining the pupil database) - office administration e.g. answering the telephone, welcoming parents and visitors, some financial administration e.g. purchasing resources.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Excellent communication skills with a variety of people
  • Have excellent admin skills, and be a self-starter
  • Be able to work in an organised manner, with attention to detail.
  • A good team worker, but able to work on their own initiative
