Salary Grade -  Grade 12 point 12 -  point 19 £28,598.00 - £32,061.00 full time equivalent (pay award pending)

Actual salary -  £26,083.00 - £29,251.00 actual salary (pay award pending)

Start date -  TBC

Hours -  37 hours per week

Working weeks -  41 weeks per year (term time plus five INSET days, plus two weeks in the holidays)

Paid weeks -  47.5683 weeks per year

Contract -  Permanent

The Role: School Office Manager and PA to the Headteacher

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional individual to join Minehead Middle School as the Headteacher’s PA/Admin Manager. This is a vital and highly valued role, providing essential support to the Headteacher and playing a key part in the smooth and effective running of the school.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly organised and proactive professional who will be instrumental in supporting our dedicated team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency, discretion and professionalism.

As a school, we have made significant progress across many key areas, and you will be joining a dynamic team at an exciting time of innovation and development. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success of the school by ensuring high-quality administrative systems and leadership support are in place.
