Newton Bridge Academy (formerly Grantham Additional Needs Fellowship) is an ‘all-needs specialist school’ catering for over 250 pupils aged 4-19 years with a range of different needs and abilities, and all pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school was legally formed on 01 January 2024 following the merger of Ambergate Sports College and The Grantham Sandon School, two schools that were judged to be ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted prior to the merger. Our two sites, formally known as ‘Ambergate Campus’ will be known as 'Newton West' and ‘Sandon Campus’ will be known as 'Newton East'.GANF will officially become Newton Bridge Academy from September 2025.

Our two sites are currently known as ‘Ambergate Campus’ which is situated towards the west side of Grantham town, and ‘Sandon Campus’ which is to the East.
