Do you thrive on being the heart of a bustling, friendly community? We're looking for a School Secretary to be the welcoming face and organisational backbone of our small, rural primary school.
This isn't just a desk job; it's a dynamic role where every day is different. You'll be the go-to person for parents, pupils, and staff, managing a diverse range of tasks and competing priorities with a calm and capable approach. Your superb time management and prioritization skills will be key to keeping everything running smoothly, from answering calls to dealing with minor first aid and supporting the headteacher.

What the school offers its staff
Our school has small class sizes with a friendly family feel. We have high expectations of pupil behaviour and achievement.
We are a small staff team who are welcoming and supportive. All staff are further supported by the wider network of the Trust. Development opportunities are available through the wider Trust, and we have cross-school disciplinary teams which is particularly helpful for admin staff where you may be the only one in your role in your own school.
