School Site Assistant/ Caretaker job summary
Due to the renovations and improvement of Milton School we are expanding our site team.
- The followings skills are desirable :
- Ability to undertake routine repairs and maintenance
- Ability to assess the security risks and health and safety issues associated with site and buildings
- Trade qualification such as Joiner, plumber, electrician or equivalent experience but not essential
- Experience of COSHH
- Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people and/or vulnerable adults
- Willingness to be trained according to the expectations of the school
- Full Driving License
