(Note: successful candidate may not be required to start at the lower end of the scale dependent upon previous experience).
Working pattern: All-year round, 30 hours weekly
Working hours: 7-9.30am and 2.30-6pm
Start Date: September 2026 or earlier if possible

The Governors of the school and the Trustees of the Changing Lives in Collaboration [CLiC] Trust wish to appoint a Site Manager at Dane Bank Primary School to join our friendly and dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general running and care of the premises and will manage a small team of cleaning staff. We are looking for a person who will take an active interest in the life of the school and enhance the excellent services that we provide.
We are looking for someone who:
• can ensure the school site remains safe, attractive, clean and organised
• can develop and maintain efficient systems to ensure we work effectively and in an organised way
• can ensure the school’s/Trust Health and Safety Policy is followed across school
• can undertake effective cleaning and line manage the cleaning team
• can ensure the school site is secure and well maintained
• can liaise with external contractors and ensure work is undertaken to a high standard
• has excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• will be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community.
