Site Manager full-time Salary £27,269-£29,572

The role is permanent, full-time 36 hours per week, all year round

With an actual salary - £27,269-£29,572 (Grade E Point 11-16)


We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and skilled Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and security of the school premises, ensuring that the site is safe, clean, and fully operational at all times. This role is crucial to supporting the smooth running of the school and creating an environment where our children can thrive.

The Trust’s vision is to support young people to develop the aspiration, motivation and to be successful; we have high ambitions for all young people in our academies and this role will be central to ensuring that everything about the way we work supports this.

The proposed timescale for the selection and interview process is as follows:
