School Standards Officer job summary
Are you an experienced and influential educational leader seeking a new challenge? Could you lead on monitoring, evaluating and developing standards across our secondary schools to ensure that our children get the best education possible?
A member of the Trust’s Leadership Team and reporting directly to the CEO you will help to lead the effective delivery of the Trust’s strategic aims. Driving high standards, by ensuring outstanding educational performance in all secondary schools, whilst ensuring the schools place Christ at the centre of all they do.
You will have significant proven leadership skills and experience of teaching and learning. You will bring enthusiasm, passion and initiative and have a collaborative and solution-based approach. You’ll be open and honest and able to provide challenge in a supportive way.
Your main base will be in York, Scarborough or Richmond North Yorkshire, with some travel across the Trust.
