What skills and experience we're looking for

You will be joining a large Science Department and will play a key role in supporting its further development and growth. You will have the drive, high standard, and passion to enthuse our pupils and make a real difference to their outcomes.

You will support the Head of Department with the following:

• Leading a team of teachers and students to high levels of success (2i/c)
• Developing a dynamic and inspiring science provision
• Having high expectations and aspirations for the students in Science
• Considering the school’s values and aspirations for all students and how this can be interpreted within Science.
• Enthusing students through the provision of high-quality teaching and learning.
• Encouraging all students to develop their potential to the full.
