Working on a model which is similar to a primary setting, The students remain in their form room for over half of their timetable and are taught in small groups. Our curriculum focuses on Reading, English, Maths, PE and Art, Cooking, PSHE, Humanities and Outdoor Education.

We are looking for a versatile qualified Science Teacher who can also teach across a range of subjects but ideally with a science specialism. You must be passionate about ensuring students succeed both academically and pastorally. Our ideal candidate may already have experience Teaching in our kind of setting or have worked with young people who have SEMH difficulties.
You will be working with students aged 11-16 years who have been excluded or are close to being excluded from school. Students are referred to us by schools and the Local Authority.

To support children and families to flourish based on Trauma Informed Practice models and to educate pupils to the highest level possible in order for them to access the next steps in their life be it further education, employment or training.
