We are seeking to appoint a committed and inspiring Science Team Leader to join our supportive, enthusiastic and collaborative team either after the Easter break (25 April 2022) or at the start of the 2022/23 academic year (24 August 2022).

This role requires high levels of personal and professional commitment and the ability to effectively manage a team is essential. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable and flexible and will need a strong work ethic.

You will be responsible for the development of the pedagogical approach to learning and will be accountable for learner outcomes across all three science specialisms. You will also lead on the quality of teaching and learning for learners in your classes. This will involve setting and articulating high expectations for learners and planning and teaching effectively using appropriate resourcing to challenge and engage all learners.
