- View all Part timejobs - Hours: 30 hours per week (with a 30 minuet unpaid lunch break per day) Working Pattern: 8.15am – 2.45 (Monday – Friday) Number of Weeks Worked: 39 weeks per year (including 5 days training)

- Orbis Pay scale 9-11 : £20,021- £21,035 p.a (FTE) Actual Pro-Rata Salary including holiday pay: £14,090 - £14,804 per annum.
What skills and experience we're looking for
Our Science technicians play a key role in our smooth
day to day running of the science department. Key purpose of the role is, to
provide technical assistance setting up equipment in laboratories, assisting
the senior technician with stock take and control, safe disposal of chemicals,
responsibility for Ionising and radioactive materials, student support in a
classroom environment along with any other duties deemed necessary by the
Senior technician or Learning Director.
