This is an exciting opportunity to influence curriculum development, lead on a key stage, and help sustain the strong foundations of an already successful department while championing continual improvement for every learner.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Degree in relevant subject area 
  • Evidence of successful teaching experience at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 
  • Knowledge of recent developments within English
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner

About de Stafford School

de Stafford is an 11-16 comprehensive school
located in Caterham, Surrey which joined GLF Schools MAT in December 2016. The
school has a PAN of 180 students per year group. The school serves
predominantly the local Caterham community with the majority of students
residing within the CR3 catchment area.
