Secondary Operations Manager job summary
We are seeking a dynamic forward-thinking School Operations Manager to join our dedicated senior team and help shape the future of our school. This pivotal role involves leading all operational support services, allowing our teaching staff and leadership to focus on delivering an excellent education to every child. As part of the school's senior team, the Operations Manager will support the Principal and Central Estates Team in leading on estates projects at the school.
This is a full time post - 37 hours/week, 52 weeks/year.
John O'Gaunt School is situated in the beautiful historic market town of Hungerford on the Berkshire/Wiltshire border and is very much at the heart of the community it serves. There are good road and rail links, with easy access to the M4 and a 10 minute walk from the station.
