What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated SEN Administrator to join our supportive team and play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work closely with the SENCo, supporting the coordination of essential processes that enable students with SEND to thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential records, coordinating meetings and reviews, and ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements. Acting as a central point of contact for parents, staff, and external agencies, you will facilitate clear communication and contribute to the smooth operation of SEND support across the setting. Your strong administrative skills, organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be critical in supporting high-quality outcomes for students.
