What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an experienced support professional to join our Year 3 team, to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis within the classroom.

The right candidates should have:

a good level of literacy and numeracy skills

a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities to support children’s learning

an ability to work both independently and effectively within a team

a drive to enable all children to learn and flourish

experience of working with children with additional needs essential

a commitment to support the school’s ethos, Christian values and high expectations for all

New Education Trust, formerly Bengeworth Multi Academy Trust, was previously a stand-alone academy and formed a new MAT on 1st February 2018. Bretforton Village School and Church Lench CE First School then joined the new MAT, and New Education Trust has since provided leadership, development and support. The three schools work very closely together. Bengeworth CE Academy is on two sites situated east of the River Avon. The Reception and Year 1 Setting is on Burford Road and the Year 2 and KS2 Setting is a quarter of a mile away at the end of Kings Road. Bretforton Village School and Church Lench CE First School are both just a few miles away on the outskirts of Evesham.
