What skills and experience we're looking for
North Wingfield Primary & Nursery Academy are looking to appoint a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to work with children who have a EHCP. You will need to be a kind and nurturing person who is able to work as part of our dedicated school and have recent experience of working within a primary school setting and experience of working with children with SEN.
The successful candidate will be required to offer classroom, individual, behavioural and administrative support. Knowledge of the Special Needs Code of Practice will help the successful candidate to understand and empathise with students who experience difficulty with school life for a number of reasons.
Applicants should possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
