Applicants must be patient, inspirational and inclusive in your work with pupils. You should demonstrate an ability to be organised and pro-active in your approach and to seek to forge good working relationships with the rest of the staff here in our IR and the wider Stradbroke staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for all of our children.
