What skills and experience we're looking for
Cherry Willingham Primary Academy is looking for a SENCO and Inclusion Lead to join our friendly and successful team, where our supportive and dedicated staff are committed to delivering the best educational opportunities and outcomes for all our students.
The successful applicant will ensure early identification of need, high‑quality teaching and intervention, and fully inclusive practice so that all pupils - particularly those with SEND or additional vulnerabilities, achieve their full potential. This combined role promotes a culture of equity, wellbeing, high expectations, and pupil success.
