This exciting post will join the senior leadership team who together will provide the strategic direction for the school. Candidates should (a) be passionate about inclusion, ensuring that our most vulnerable learners achieve their full potential, and (b) also possess a sound knowledge of assessment strategies and be confident with data analysis in Key Stage 2. There will be elements of teaching linked to the role.
