- Possess strong organisational and communication skills
- Show creativity, innovation and resilience in their approach
- Hold or be willing to complete the National SENCO Award (support provided)
- Have experience supporting children aged 4–11 with SEND and SEMH needs
- Be fully supportive of our Christian ethos, vision and values
- Work collaboratively across schools and adapt flexibly to different settings

About the Role
- Coordinate and support SEND provision across our eight rural primary and first schools
- Work closely with our existing SENCOs, school leaders and wider staff teams
- Responsibility for the completion, submission and ongoing management of EHCP applications
- Engage families and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for pupils
- Benefit from dedicated SENCO time and manageable caseload support
Based across multiple sites, with travel support available
