What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SENCO from September 2026, who can work alongside a Deputy SENCO, to lead and continue the implementation of SEND provision at Westacre Middle school. This is an exciting opportunity to play a significant role within our dynamic Inclusion team enabling us to build upon our existing successful practices, as we continue to develop our inclusive school. As SENCO, you will play a crucial role in supporting and collaborating with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the success of our children. We are keen to recruit a passionate and motivated SENCO who can support and enhance our primary ethos and join our committed and dedicated team. Whether you have experience in SEND or are looking to take the next step in your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and thriving school environment.
