- Is passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.
- Has strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

- Has a clear understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and current best practice.
- Is committed to removing barriers to learning and promoting belonging for all.
- Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination or is willing to undertake it.

CLASS TEACHERS
One Full Time Permanent Contract and
One Full Time Fixed Term Contract - ideally for EYFS (maternity cover)

We are looking to recruit two outstanding class teachers. Speenhamland is an ambitious school with a vision to aspire, challenge and support everyone in our school community. This post will not be suitable for a job share position, however, we welcome applications from ECTs.
