Enjoys working with children

Has experience working with children with special educational needs

Is committed to raising standards across the school

Has excellent communication skills

Holds GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)

Has a minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant field

Is flexible, enthusiastic and motivated

Wants to champion children to succeed

Wants to learn and develop
