SEND Teacher job summary

We are seeking a SEND teacher to join our dedicated team at Reach Academy. You will lead a group of pupils with Education, Health and Care plans; planning and delivering outstanding cross curricular learning opportunities, whilst securing a nurturing and supportive environment with high expectations for all pupils to enable them to achieve their potential.
